Is there any idea how long it might take to receive a response when I send an email to Doug at simplegpt.com@gmail.com ? I got an instant response when I created a support ticket before. But when I asked about my being banned, it's two days later.

Doug checks messages daily. If you have been banned there may need to be an investigation into the reason if it is not associated with the site itself. I am sure that Doug will get back to you in a timely manner. I will also advise him that you have asked about your ban. Thanks for posting and for being patient.

5 days and no response. Still banned. I've been deleting the paid emails. I assume that I cannot get credit, since I cannot sign in. I don't expect a response today. I would hope that Doug would enjoy this day with his family. But I do hope I get some help soon. I'm having withdrawals. Happy Easter to all.

All better now. I am so excited. Tonight is a money making evening.
By they way, only sign in at your own home. It's just not worth it to try elsewhere.
