I signed up and received the confirmation email follow the directions everything went smooth. page said email was confirmed. When I try to log into my account I get a message that the account is locked? Do you have to wait 24hrs or something after signing up?

If your account was locked immediately after confirmation, most likely someone from the same IP already has an account or you were using a proxy. You will need to email Doug at simplegpt.com@gmail.com to find out for sure.
