I was asked to to pass on the following message to all of my members. It was not sent to my site specifically, but to all sites in general. Strict adherence is necessary, and I will enforce it. You must use your own, real, and accurate information. In addition, repeating offers across multiple sites is not tolerated.
Here is the message: "All users will be automatically marked as cheaters and their accounts closed if they use a fake e-mail. We have received a lot of fraud leads do to fake e-mails. Please avise your members that submitting false information to offers will result in account termination."

We had a few reversals today and I wanted to share the email I received from the affiliate. Again, just a reminder to use real information, and to not repeat offers that you have completed before. Please do not ask me if you had any reversals...It was only a handful of people and I will be in touch with those people in the next few days. The offers involved were mainly the winning surveys, big buck surveys, and consumer expressions.
Here is the email: "Dear Doug, We apologize for the reversal problems. Once advertisers started pulling their offers from us we had to take immediate action. So we blocked any user that had a reversal from our server. We agree that maybe 1 reversal is not enough for removal because who knows if the advertiser is being legit. We have invested in a proxy detection software from MaxMind which should eliminate a lot of fraud. We will remove the blocks on some of the users maybe 5 reversals and less. We never were going to physically mark your members as cheaters and we apologize for giving off that impression. We were just suggesting that something be done or looked into about them."
