SimpleGPT GPT Guide[/u]
One of the easiest ways to make some extra money in the form of cash, gift cards and/or prizes is by participating in SimpleGPT (Get Paid To). You are paid to fill out surveys & offers by advertisers who are hoping to generate leads for their product, service or business. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything, and payout occurs simply for filling out the survey successfully. The focus of this tutorial is 100% free surveys. Many people make hundreds, even thousands of extra dollars in offers and prizes every year, simply by filling out free surveys.
Getting Started in Four (4) Easy Steps:
STEP 1: Register for SimpleGPT:
- Register with 100% legitimate information. You must use your real full name, home phone number & legitimate address. Using fake information is considered fraud and real information is necessary in order to be paid.
- Register an email address you check frequently. You want to receive notifications from the GPT site on contests, offer completion, etc.
- Confirm your registration. Upon registering, we send a confirmation email with an account activation link. If you do not receive a confirmation email, be sure to check your SPAM/junk folder. If you still did not receive this email, contact support. Do not create a 2nd account.
STEP 2: Create multiple “junk” email accounts to be used when completing surveys/offers. As you fill out offers/surveys, you will be required to enter a legitimate email address, owned by you. For your junk account, open a gmx account at www.gmx.com. GMX email accounts allow you to attach 9 additional email addresses to the original email account without having to create each one separately. Gmail, yahoo, and other email clients can be used, but they must be your own email addresses. Disposable emails are unacceptable to do offers.
STEP 3: Register for a free “junk” online phone number. You are required to use legitimate information when filling out surveys, so you need to use a phone number that belongs to you. Luckily, you can get a free online phone number at www.k7.net. From their homepage, click on “SIGN UP”. Under “How would you like to receive your messages?” select the 2nd option: “Do not send them to my email address. I will retrieve them from the K7 website.” Be sure to record your new phone number for future use.
STEP 4: Set Up Your Computer Internet Settings. Use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to complete your offers. You can download either of these browsers for free. Part of “successfully” completing offers requires that the offer completion process be properly tracked by the company sponsoring the offer.
To enable this please do the following (note: This will not lower the security on your computer but will help to insure that your offers approve.):
- Turn off all pop-up blockers. For Internet Explorer - On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options." A new window will open up. Click the "Privacy" tab and uncheck the "Block Pop-ups" box (if it's checked). Then click "OK". Or when you click on "Tools" it might just say, “Pop Up Blocker.” Click that and make sure it is Off. For Mozilla Firefox - On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Options." A new window will pop up. Click the "Content" tab and uncheck the "Block pop-ups box (if it is checked), and then click "OK.
- Allow all cookies. For Internet Explorer - On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options." A new window should pop up. Click the "Privacy Tab" and there should be a bar under "Settings." Lower the bar to "Accept all cookies." For Mozilla Firefox - On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Options." A new window should pop up. Click the "Privacy" and then the "Cookies" mini-tab. Make sure the "Allow site to set cookies" box is checked and the two boxes below are unchecked. Also make sure the setting "Keep cookies" is set to "until they expire".
Tips on Getting Offers Approved:
1. Prior to starting a new offer, clear your cookies. You don’t want the “cookies” from one offer to interfere with the proper tracking of the next offer you do.
2. Use a unique email address for EVERY offer you do. Again, this all comes down to proper tracking and crediting. You want to get credit for the time you’ve spent doing the offer. You will need a unique email address for each offer you do.
3. Be sure to use legitimate information when filling out the surveys. Always use your real name, address, birthdate, phone number, email address, etc.
4. Be sure to let each page fully load before clicking to the next page to enable the cookies to properly track. In the offer, you may elect to hit “skip” “no thanks” “not interested” as you continue through the offer. Once you reach the final offer page (which is often a page that has a bunch of additional “GOLD, SILVER or PLATINUM” offers), many people have found it helpful to click on two offers, allow them to load fully, then close them, allowing any additional pop-ups to fully load. Then, close any remaining open windows, allowing everything to full load before hitting the COMPLETED button.
5. Many offers track more efficiently and therefore credit better if you completely close down your internet browser in between offer completion. For example, if I just did an Eversave offer, I would hit the submit button for that offer and click out of the internet. I’d log back on to the internet, log into SimpleGPT, clear my cookies and choose my next offer to do.
Do not get discouraged if offers do not approve. Learn, practice, and before you know it, you will be making money on SimpleGPT.
